01 Hierarchy
See the whole party in one graph.
National → state → district → assembly → ward → booth → panna. Drill, search, count headcount at any node. The org chart Indian parties have never had on one screen.
365 दिन · By invitation only
The internal operating system for Indian political parties.
Every consultancy in this country sells you a campaign — six weeks of war-room theatre that ends on counting day. Sangathan runs the other 359 days: karyakartas, wards, events, attendance, announcements — in one place, for the leader who actually runs the party.
Platform capabilities
01 Hierarchy
National → state → district → assembly → ward → booth → panna. Drill, search, count headcount at any node. The org chart Indian parties have never had on one screen.
02 Events
Leaders post the event. Members reply with how many they're bringing. Attendance proven with on-the-ground photos. Expected vs claimed reconciled automatically.
03 Voice-first
Voice notes instead of typed forms. Hindi-first. Designed for the 60-year-old district president and the booth worker who can't type Devanagari.
04 Coordination
Sangathan organises your party's existing WhatsApp tree — schedules content cascades, aggregates delivery receipts across thousands of groups, flags overlap.
05 White-label
Each party gets its own subdomain, logo, palette, and copy. Your members never see the word Sangathan unless you want them to.
06 Compliance
Section 29A obligations: internal elections, donation records above ₹20K, membership rolls. Sangathan generates the dated, exportable record your general counsel needs.
Cascade and report
A directive issued at the national level cascades down the hierarchy — state, district, assembly, ward, booth — with each level confirming receipt and filing their compliance report back up. The president sees the aggregate. The booth worker sees only what concerns them.
This is the cascade-and-report loop that political parties have run on paper for 70 years. Sangathan makes it legible, timestamped, and searchable.
Directives cascade down · Reports aggregate up
Data sovereignty
Your data does not leave your party.
Indian political tech has a memory: the 2018 NaMo-app data transfer, the 2024 Lok Sabha leak of 36 GB of voter PII, the YSRCP-vs-TDP dispute over consultancy data access. Every party that uses someone else's software wonders the same thing — can a rival pull our member list out of this?
Sangathan does not aggregate across tenants. Each party gets its own Postgres row-level security perimeter; on the paid tier, its own database. We don't sell ads. We don't train models on your roster. We don't see your messages. That's a stance, not a slogan.
Row-level security
Postgres RLS enforced on every query. No cross-tenant reads.
Dedicated DB on paid tier
Your schema, your encryption key, your backups.
DPDP-grade data handling
No ad targeting. No model training on member data. No resale.
Scope
What Sangathan is not.
That market is crowded and downstream. Sangathan sits upstream: the party's own organizational layer, running year-round.
